Shipping & Delivery.

We ship all our products within 24 hours of receiving the orders.

• Metro cities orders will get delivered within 3-5 days after shipping.
• Rest of India orders get delivered within 5-7 days after shipping.

Return Policy.

We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked return policy for all full-size products purchased from our official store.

Eligibility criteria for returns.

• Unused and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• If you receive a wrong product.(we will need an unboxing video to claim your return.)
• If a product is defective or gets damaged during transit.(we will need an unboxing video to claim your return.)
• Used or tried products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Reverse Pickup:
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours and completed in 4–5 working days. Please hand over the product with its original packaging. The delivery executive will provide an invoice/receipt – kindly share a photo of this with us on email for faster processing.

Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Policy

We will initiate refunds within 7 days of receiving the product back in our warehouse.

• In the case of prepaid order, the amount will be credited back to your payment 

method within 5 days of initiating the refund.

• If you have placed a cod order we will ask your account details via email - wecare@perpaa.com to get it remitted in your bank account within 3-4 days.
• Please note if there is any shipping charge or cod charge applicable on order that will not be refunded back.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled until we have not shipped it once we have shipped your order it can not be cancelled.
