Non-Returnable Products

All products purchased from Perpaa Beauty are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the following specific conditions.

 

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

You may be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong Product Sent
    If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

  • Defective Product
    If the product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended. 

    (we will need an unboxing video to claim your return.)

  • Damaged Product
    If the product arrives damaged during transit.
    (we will need an unboxing video to claim your return.)

Important: A package unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to wrong, defective, or damaged products. This video must clearly show the unsealing of the package and the issue in question.

No claims will be accepted without this video evidence.

 

Return Window

All eligible return or refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • However, if you wish to exchange a product or shade, please contact our customer support before the order is shipped.
  • No exchange will be accommodated once the order has been dispatched.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.
    Please share your bank account or UPI details for the refund process.
